Facebook says that this will make ad copy even more vital than before. Even with growing popularity of news feed ads, the response from the market to this upcoming change remains to be seen. Facebook’s news feed ad changes will kick in on 19th August.

Just recently, they announced that they would be expanding the test program to users in Australia, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Japan, and New Zealand. In doing this, Instagram hopes to reduce the competitive nature of the site and improve the mental health of its users.
4. Facebook fails to keep Messenger Kids’ safety promise

Messenger Kids, launched by Facebook over two years ago as a private messaging platform, is having safety issues. An error in the platform allows children to create group chats and invite friends who have not been approved by the parent. The Verge reported that thousands of children were a part of unapproved chats — the complete opposite purpose of the platform.
