5. Twitter forms safety council to help prevent abuse

Twitter isn’t messing around anymore and is now attempting to take on the wrath of trolls. This past week, the social media website announced that it could create the, “Twitter Trust & Safety Council, a panel of organizations and experts who will help the company develop tools and policies to get rid of abuse, bullying and harassment on the platform.” This comes to no surprise considering James Wood is suing his his Twitter troll for $10 million.
6. Instagram Reveals Video View Counts To Score Creators And Ad Dollars
