1. Google Plus Will Be Shut Down After User Information Was Exposed
Goodbye, Google Plus. Google has announced that it will shut down Google Plus, the company’s long-struggling answer to Facebook, after it discovered a security vulnerability that exposed the private data of up to 500,000 users.
2. Snapchat debuts unscripted and scripted Snap Originals

Snapchat is just trying to keep up with other popular platforms and created a new feature called Snap Originals, a lineup of original scripted and unscripted shows. Snap Originals can be found on Snapchat’s Discover page and resemble Netflix originals. Currently, the shows available now are Endless Summer, Class of Lies, and Co-Ed, but there are more coming soon.

Instagram is trying to combat cyberbullying with artificial intelligence. Instagram already has a number of systems in place that automatically spots hurtful behavior like nasty comments, and now it’s turning to its AI software to screen potential images and captions that could be used to bully people on the site.
5. Facebook now lets you post 3D photos that jump out of your Newsfeed

Photos will soon be popping out of your Facebook newsfeed with the latest release of 3D photos. To create a 3D photo using your smartphone, start by capturing a photo in Portrait mode and then simply share it as a 3D photo on Facebook. Watch the photo come to life by panning and tilting the 3D photo. How cool is that?
